My wife walked away from years in management in the food service industry, I left my career in the medical field, and we choose more time as a family with our daughter over the daily hustle. 

It began with microgreens. She saw chefs settling for mediocre greens and decided to raise the bar herself. Grown indoors under precise lights, watered by hand every single day, and harvested the morning of delivery, our microgreens arrive with the kind of freshness and flavor that top kitchens demand.
